Our management is involved with each employee from the “boots on the ground” level.

All employees are PEC SafeLand/SafeGulf and H2S trained, as well as fit-test certified and required to attend a New Employee Safety Orientation Training for MWP prior to working for any customer.

Our safety program includes behavior-based safety, driver safety (DOT and Non-DOT), Near Miss Program, iScout online training, customer-based training, ISN & PEC, monthly safety meetings, weekly supervisor training, and sub-contractor safety, among a host of other training and safety inspection processes.
